I'm Daniel Willis, a former U.S. Navy nuclear reactor operator, restaurant Director of Operations and Training, and top 1% automotive sales professional. I went from an introverted rookie to selling more than 60 vehicles in a month and building a $400,000+ annual income. Today I help sales professionals and organizational leaders build practical systems, stronger conversations, and disciplined daily execution without burning out or guessing at the next move.

Away from the showroom

When I am not coaching sales professionals or working with organizations, I try to live the same principles I teach.

Farm work keeps me grounded. The animals do not care about a title, and the work does not do itself. It is a daily reminder that meaningful results come from showing up consistently.

On Sundays, I serve at church because leadership without purpose is only management, and faith is the foundation beneath my work.

I also play hockey in Alabama. The game demands strategy, trust, preparation and decisions under pressure, the same qualities strong teams need away from the rink. When time allows, I am outdoors or at a Broadway show, learning from the discipline of nature and the power of a well-told story.

I am always learning, always growing and committed to leading from the front. That is what I bring to every coaching conversation.
